1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our services at Singularity ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information when you use the Application or the Website and tells you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you. Please read our Privacy Policy carefully before using our Service.

2. Subscriptions and Payment

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Singularity cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting the Singularity customer support team.

A valid payment method, including credit card, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide Singularity with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize Singularity to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.

3. Refund Policy

All fees are non-refundable. Due to the nature of our service, which provides immediate access to proprietary data, analysis, and AI-powered signals, we maintain a strict no-refund policy.

By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to a refund for any reason, including but not limited to, your dissatisfaction with the service, cancellation of your subscription before the end of the billing cycle, or failure to use the service. All sales are final.

We may offer a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the end of the free trial period, you will be automatically billed for the subscription and, as per this policy, no refunds will be issued.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Singularity and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Singularity.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us. As a user of the Site, you agree not to:

• Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Site to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
• Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information such as user passwords.
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Site, including features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of any Content or enforce limitations on the use of the Site and/or the Content contained therein.
• Disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm, in our opinion, us and/or the Site.
• Use any information obtained from the Site in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
• Make improper use of our support services or submit false reports of abuse or misconduct.
• Engage in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to send comments or messages, or using any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
• Attempt to impersonate another user or person or use the username of another user.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

Singularity, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements. The financial markets are volatile and trading cryptocurrencies involves significant risk. Our service is a tool for analysis and does not constitute financial advice. All investment decisions are your own.

In no event shall Singularity, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
